Keith D. Dorsey, MBA

Principal and Executive Advisor

Former EVP, Global Head of Sales

Keith serves as an Executive Advisor and Principal for Dorsey Management Consulting. He is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and advising CXOs on their sales growth and go-to-market strategies. Keith helps businesses align their strategy with sales expectations. He specializes in leadership and sales team effectiveness, and he helps sales organizations operate at their full potential by doing the right things at the right time with the right people in the right markets.

Experience

Keith has over 25 years of sales leadership experience in the Human Capital Management industry. He most recently worked for Alight Solutions (formerly Aon Hewitt and Hewitt Associates) a $2.3B leading provider of human capital solutions where he served as the Executive Vice President, Global Head of Sales. During his nearly 12 years there, Keith and his Vice Presidents of Sales were responsible for the overall growth strategy and sales execution for the firm. His sales divisions were responsible for selling technology and administration services to mid and large size companies. Under Keith’s executive leadership, his sales teams consistently produced double-digit annual growth.

Prior to joining Hewitt Associates, Keith worked with Paychex, Inc. a Fortune 1000 payroll and HR outsourcing company for 16 years. He was a Zone Sales Manager responsible for the growth and delivery of revenue in their Human Resource Service Division. Prior to Paychex, Keith spent three years in the insurance industry and five years serving his country in the U.S. Air Force.

Education

Keith has an MBA from Pepperdine University and BS in Business Administration from Charter Oak State College.

Keith is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). He serves on Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School board and has been an adjunct professor/class advisor for Pepperdine’s President and Key Executive MBA program.

Vikki Dorsey, MSOD

Principal and Senior Consultant

Vikki is frequently sought out for her leadership capability, communication skills, management experience, and her ability to work towards productive solutions. With deep respect for the business world, she helps business leaders see new possibilities to achieve their goals. She believes that an organization will be the most successful by honoring and engaging all the people it serves, and she is passionate about recognizing and developing talent.

After more than twenty years experience in corporate America, Vikki transitioned into leadership and management development as a consultant and coach. Her areas of expertise include executive team effectiveness and alignment, leadership development, and succession planning. She is a skilled and engaging speaker and had the distinction of presenting at Training Magazine’s 2012 Conference and Expo in Atlanta.

Vikki has assisted clients in forming working Family Councils in an effort to better prepare the next generation of family member owners to be effective stewards. She is well-versed in Appreciative Inquiry, a method of engaging stake-holders to focus on positive feedback and leveraging the strengths of the organization. Her techniques of discovery fully engage members from across the organization, and her emphasis is on creating a more dynamic and rewarding place to work. Vikki is experienced at assisting leadership teams to become fully aligned in pursuit of shared goals. She also helps clients design and implement high-potential leader identification and development programs.

Education

Vikki has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University’s prestigious Graziadio Business School. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Psychology and Comparative Cultures from the University of California, Irvine. She also has a Certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University’s graduate program in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University. Vikki is an ICF certified ACC coach.
